What to bring to your first visit

Having these on hand helps your first appointment go smoothly.

A valid photo ID
Insurance card, if applicable
A list of current medications
Any relevant court, DSS, or referral paperwork
Completed new patient forms, if received in advance

Insurance & payment

The basics on coverage and cost.

Fee Schedule

Mental Health Services

Initial visit (assessment): $150  ·  Follow-up visits: $100  ·  Domestic violence / drug & alcohol assessment: $200

Substance Abuse / MAT

Initial visit (assessment + provider services): $150  ·  $75/week for the first 4 weeks, then $65/week  ·  Biweekly: $110  ·  Monthly: $210

If eligible to file insurance, copays are due before services are rendered.

Payment & cancellation policy

Fees are due before services are rendered. Card payments include a 4% processing fee. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $25 fee, which is not covered by insurance.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, self-pay, and most commercial insurance plans. Coverage varies by plan, so please call our office at (828) 608-0953 to confirm your specific benefits before your first visit.
